"Although slightly obscured by the naffness of my mobile phone camera, what we see here is an extreme example of the craze of wearing your trousers stupidly low. The girl we see here (yes, it's a girl) is showing what can only be described as interestingly patterned white boxers between her low hang trousers (short leg length) and jacket.
